Mission
As a QHSE Coordinator (M/F), you will primarily be responsible for managing the safety management system, including the following tasks:
- Identifying the specific safety risks to which Amarenco, its subcontractors, and contractors are exposed, and leading the improvement program.
- Participating in the EPC, O&M, and HSE Inspectors contracts to ensure that these contracts address AMARENCO's HSE requirements, and assisting the construction project teams and Asset Management teams in determining the HSE needs for projects and assets.
- Managing safety inspectors and safety prevention officers (independent third parties) for site and asset monitoring across the entire AMARENCO scope.
- Participating in the annual evaluations of subcontractors and service providers.
- In the event of an accident, leading the root cause analysis, defining corrective actions, and overseeing their implementation.
- Periodically reporting to the QHSE Manager on prevention performance through standard accident indicators (Frequency Rate, Severity Rate).
- Regularly promoting and raising awareness on HSE topics with the teams.
- In addition to these main tasks and as needed, you may support the QHSE Manager in other tasks related to the deployment and improvement of the integrated Quality, Safety, and Environment management system and obtaining certifications and qualifications.
Profile
With a Master's degree (Bac +5) in QHSE or a related field, you have at least 3 years of successful experience in a similar role.
Passionate about renewable energy and sustainable development, you demonstrate great autonomy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with rigor and organization.
You have a strong understanding of technical and regulatory aspects in QHSE, solid project management skills, and the ability to coordinate various stakeholders effectively.
With excellent oral and written communication skills, you are able to persuade a diverse range of internal and external interlocutors. Adaptable, you handle various tasks and strictly adhere to safety regulations. Furthermore, fluency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for this role.
