Mission
- Carry out daily monitoring of plant production and performance;
- Optimise plant performance and operation;
- Carry out comparative analysis of actual performance indices versus contractual and expected values;
- Ensure monthly technical reporting of assets to shareholders;
- Monitoring and archiving technical documentation;
- Visiting sites periodically to carry out ad hoc diagnostics;
- Acting as the interface between the various technical contacts (maintenance, suppliers, network manager, etc.);
- Manage and supervise PPSs and HSE instructions;
- Ensuring the smooth running of the portfolio of projects under your management, managing technical KPIs;
- Ensuring that production assumptions, budgeted turnover and technical budgets (OPEX) for the SPVs under management are correctly sized;
- Ensuring that internal/external contributors to the SPVs under management comply with their contracts;
- Identify technical, administrative or contractual risks within the scope of the assets under management;
- Initiate administrative or contractual claims on behalf of the SPVs under management, with the support of the support departments. Follow up claims until they are resolved;
- Participate in the drafting of operational processes;
- Provide administrative and financial support to the team in charge of the files.
Profile
With at least 5 years‘ higher education in engineering, specialising in renewable energy (solar), you will have at least 3 years’ successful experience in a similar position or in renewable energy operations/maintenance.
As an expert in the management of high-voltage solar power plants, you will be autonomous and rigorous. You will be able to manage several projects at once, using an analytical approach to identify and resolve under-performance. Sensitive to the challenges of renewable energies, you will also need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and fluid communication with all internal and external contacts.
You must also be fluent in written and spoken English, have the technical skills to work on supervision platforms, and be comfortable using IT tools.
